Welcome to Module 2, Lesson 2: Shift Into The Green Zone Anytime, Anywhere!
In the last lesson, you learned how to identify which zone you are residing in.
Now, you’re ready to learn how to shift from The Red Zone to The Green Zone at will using our proprietary tool.
As the title of this module suggests, you can use this tool anytime and anywhere. It will help you experience relief from stress, anxiety, and reactivity both immediately and in the long-run.
Immediately, because this tool enables you to feel more calm, present, and engaged in minutes.
And in the long-run, because the more you practice this tool, the easier it becomes for you to feel good every day.
We call this tool, “The Change Your Channel Process.”
