Welcome

Welcome to Module 2, Lesson 1: The Science Behind Feeling Good! In this lesson, you’ll uncover The Feel Good Scale, a powerful tool that helps you to reduce stress, anxiety, and reactivity. Within the Feel Good Scale are three zones—Red, Yellow, and Green—which correspond to different physiological, mental, and emotional states of being.

For now, your goal is to identify your state of being. Later on in this course, you’ll learn how to improve your state of being.

The most important question to focus on this week is, “Which zone am I currently in—Red, Yellow, or Green?” When you can confidently answer that question, you will be ready to advance to the next lesson.
